Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley is the first U.S. location of the Treehouse brand by SH Hotels & Resorts, designed by CRÈME in partnership with Barry Sternlicht. Located in Sunnyvale, CA, the hotel brings a bold, playful spirit to the heart of Silicon Valley, blending natural materials and handcrafted elements to create a warm, inviting retreat. Inspired by treehouses, greenhouses, and farmhouses, the design reconnects guests with nature through layered textures, eclectic furnishings, and moments of whimsy. Set on a former orchard, the property celebrates California’s agricultural roots with citrus groves, gardens, and native plantings woven throughout. CRÈME’s scope included the full site, from the arrival experience and guestrooms to the restaurant, pool, and event spaces, all designed to evoke comfort, curiosity, and a sense of crafted joy.
