The L’Amico restaurant at Eventi is inspired by the simplicity of a stroll through the country side and a wood-fired meal. Influenced by industrial details, Crème has created an escape from the bustle of cosmopolitan New York City. The 3,900 square feet space uses the warmth of reclaimed wood and copper cladding to give a sense of material tranquility. A 10 person bar allows single diners to enjoy a pleasant meal, while the 80+ seat dining room accommodates parties of all sizes. The wall pattern, derived from barn door geometry, is echoed in the graphic concrete flooring. Crème has developed a contemporary walnut and blackened steel chair inspired by the traditional Windsor form. Boasting two large copper clad wood fire ovens, the first floor restaurant fuses New York City’s historic Italian culture with the contemporary; emphasizing freshness and simplicity that go hand-in-hand at this sophisticated dining experience.
