This restaurant features Chef Marc Forgione’s laid-back yet high-style approach to New American cuisine in a comfortable and energetic atmosphere. The design by Crème is organic and down to earth, just like the food. The restaurant features recycled wood from a local New York sawmill, hand-made lanterns lit by candles, and antique cook books which all add to the warmth and comfort of the dining room. Thanks to one of restaurant Manager Chris Blumlo’s family members, Crème sourced the reclaimed cedar seen throughout the space.
