Motorino, which is the Italian word for motorcycle, is a pizzeria where traditional Napolitano style meets Brooklyn. This merging of styles is apparent through the existing brick wall, reclaimed hardwood flooring and classic Brooklyn-style tin celling. The classic fire oven, at the center of the open kitchen, was designed by Crème and includes a black and white mosaic tile design. Napolitano style is echoed through white marble top tables and bar, as well as through the green stripe design painted on the bar wall. Crème created a custom glass shelving system with metal brackets, inspired by the shapes of “motorino” parts.
